Lifestyle Allowance

Employees receive a monthly stipend, equivalent to approximately $130 (or local currency) for activities that support your wellbeing. (Effective Jan 1, 2025)

We will offer three months of paid leave (birth or adoption), so new parents have time to adjust to the new life (and work) schedule. Employees will be eligible for this benefit from day one.
