As a remote-first business, we’re committed to upholding our core values of Belonging, Accountability, Service, Integrity, and Curiosity.

We believe these values are essential to creating a strong and inclusive workplace culture. As a fully remote business, with staff and operations in many countries around the world, these values set a common foundation and help our employees continue to thrive as they focus on delivering world-class cyber security and cyber risk management solutions to clients – no matter where they are.
We also believe that supporting our teammates outside of work is essential to having our teams’ focused on client success. To ensure this, we offer compelling packages that include all the basics such as competitive PTO packages, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement programs. We think where we excel is ensuring our staff have flexibilities, such as extended Parental Leave, support for Charitable Organizations, a Lifestyle Allowance, and opportunities for a Sabbatical.

Lifestyle Allowance
Employees receive a monthly stipend, equivalent to approximately $130 (or local currency) for activities that support your wellbeing.
Paid Family Leave for All Employees
We will offer three months of paid leave (birth or adoption), so new parents have time to adjust to the new life (and work) schedule. Employees will be eligible for this benefit from day one.
