Access, visibility, and always-on protections: Introducing the new VERACIS™ service delivery portal
The VERACIS platform was built to serve as a centralized source for all Beazley Security services, starting with our new Managed eXtended Detection and Response (MXDR) offering.
Central to Beazley Security’s commitment to reduce clients’ cyber risks is the promise to provide each client with easy access and clear visibility to all security activities that we conduct on their behalf. To make good on this promise, we’ve invested heavily over the past year in delivering a unifying client engagement platform to suit the needs of organizations of all sizes – and today I’m delighted to report that this new client portal is live.
The VERACIS platform was built to serve as a centralized source for all Beazley Security services, starting with our new Managed eXtended Detection and Response (MXDR) offering. Through VERACIS, our clients now have easy access to securely interact with all security cases, incidents, and alerts that are being investigated on their behalf.
One of the things I’m personally most excited about is our ability to integrate the advanced technologies we utilize in our services within VERACIS to provide clients a clean, efficient, and consolidated environment to interact with our services teams. An example is our MXDR service, which is powered by the Hunters SOC platform.
This is an advanced technology that enables the XDR capabilities that help differentiate our service. Hunters allows us to natively ingest data from hundreds of relevant systems and enhances our ability to effectively detect and contain suspicious activity. It provides the ability to aggregate and normalize data from these systems, and has an efficient storage in Snowflake which allows us to cost effectively retain data for longer periods. This improves our ability to cross-correlate data and provides for more comprehensive threat identification, containment, and investigations at scale.
The beauty of VERACIS is that clients have access to all the Hunters advanced monitoring capabilities as well as interact directly with the analysts who are performing the work. Depending on the role and sophistication of the user, clients can see summary level information related to the threat activity. It also provides security teams the ability to access detailed information about any suspicious activity, as well as clear direction on the next steps needed to address threats. Further, VERACIS allows clients direct access to Beazley Security analysts, research, and advisories – all in one centralized place.
VERACIS provides a streamlined user interface, while still allowing more technical users direct access to very detailed data within Hunters. This is a huge point of differentiation as it enables security teams with the most advanced monitoring technology available, along with the experienced personnel needed to operate these tools. Perhaps most important of all, the platform’s transparency ensures that our clients remain in control of the data and the technologies that Beazley Security uses to protect them.
This is just the beginning. As we continue expanding its features and functionality, VERACIS will become our primary engagement engine across all our services, including incident response engagements, pen tests, attack surface monitoring, as well as risk management reports and threat research published by Beazley Security Labs. VERACIS will also enable clients to schedule additional services and interact directly with their service delivery teams. Think of it as your one-stop shop for cybersecurity visibility and support, customized to your unique security environment and reflective of your unique risk profile.
If you’re already a Beazley Security MDR or MXDR client, you likely are already using VERACIS. We invite you to let us know what you think. Not yet a client? We’d love to show you what we can do. Click to schedule a demo and we can discuss how MXDR and VERACIS can reduce your risk and exposure.
