Detect Threats. Accelerate Analysis. Focus Response.

We leverage your full telemetry data to investigate faster with AI

Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) is a fully managed, 24/7 service that detects, investigates, and contains security threats on your behalf. Beazley Security leverages raw telemetry behind each alert to detect suspicious activity your EDR may miss, then uses AI to analyze the full context in seconds to provide analysts with insight and accelerate response.

Combining access to raw telemetry with AI allows our analysts to search across process, network, file, and identity, SaaS, and cloud events to quickly understand what triggered an alert, confirm whether it is real, see how far it has spread, and prioritize action.

24/7

AI-driven workflows

MXDR leverages powerful AI capabilities to provide our expert analysts insight and help prioritize containment.

90+

Days of raw telemetry

We collect and process raw telemetry from EDR, Loud, SaaS, and identity sources, giving analysts deeper context to investigate threats over time.

<60

Minutes

Receive critical-severity threat reports in under 60 minutes, validated by senior analysts and prioritized for action.

We accelerate containment with AI and threat intelligence

When a detection fires, MXDR uses AI to search across telemetry and threat intelligence sources, helping analysts move faster from alert to action. The AI correlates identity, asset, indicator, reputation, and activity data to surface related signals, build a clearer picture of what happened, and help prioritize the right response.

Backed by human expertise

AI-driven investigations run continuously in the background. Every validated finding is reviewed by an expert analyst before action, so your team can act on confirmed threats faster.

Receive validated findings

Our expert analysts confirm the evidence and validate each conclusion before it reaches your team.

Maintain full transparency

Every query, data source, and AI-generated assessment remains visible and auditable for all teams involved.

Additionally, every investigation is complemented with threat intelligence from Beazley Security Labs, including attacker techniques, indicators of compromise, and behaviors observed in real-world incidents, often before they become public.

FAQs About Managed XDR

What is Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR)?

MXDR is a fully managed AI-augmented cybersecurity service that delivers 24/7 threat detection and response across your entire digital infrastructure. Beazley Security's MXDR provides unmatched visibility across endpoints, networks, cloud environments, and identity systems by combining cross-layered data correlation, real-time analytics, and automation. Our analysts run the service on your behalf, contain threats before attackers can accomplish their objectives, and deliver actionable intelligence through the VERACIS™ client portal.

What’s the difference between MXDR and EDR?

Beazley Security provides both managed EDR and MXDR services. EDR focuses on detecting and responding to threats at the endpoint level, such as laptops, servers, and workstations. MXDR expands that visibility across the broader environment, including endpoints, identity, cloud, email, network, and SaaS systems.

That broader visibility matters because modern attacks rarely remain on a single device. Attackers often move through compromised accounts, cloud services, SaaS applications, and network connections before they reach their objective. MXDR is the better fit for organizations that need deeper investigations, proactive threat hunting, and centralized detection and response across every major security layer.

Does MXDR include full incident response and remediation?

The standard MXDR service includes threat detection, investigation, and expert containment actions such as endpoint isolation. Full-scale incident response and remediation are not part of the standard offering, but they are easy to add. Beazley Security routinely adds incident management, incident response, and remediation to MXDR Statements of Work through additional service agreements or retainers, and several MXDR packages bundle Incident Response together with MXDR. Retainer pricing is driven by the scope and SLA terms you need.

How long does Beazley Security MXDR retain security data?

We retain raw EDR telemetry for 90 days by default, with extended retention available on request. That distinction matters. We store the full raw telemetry stream, which is a large and expensive dataset to keep and process, not just alerts or summaries. Most EDR vendors retain that raw telemetry for only 7 to 14 days. Other XDR providers may advertise longer windows, but they typically are not holding the raw EDR telemetry itself. Because we do, our analysts get the historical depth needed to investigate threats effectively.
